We are located in Central Texas, 20 miles south of Waco, off of Highway 6. The Butcher Shop was built in 1972 by Truman McMillan. In 1992, it became Drew's Specialty Meats. Then in 2010, the shop was purchased by Craig Garrison and his sister Lisa (TAMU '87) to become Big Creek Butcher Shop. We have steadily been making changes and improvements.
